Dr. Jaime Nelson

Career & Technical Education Director

This year marks Dr. Nelson’s 25th year in education. She began her career as a 12th-grade English teacher, where she taught a variety of courses and served in multiple advisory roles before transitioning to the position of RHS Early College Coordinator. 

Her passion for student success led her into the field of Career and Technical Education (CTE), where she now serves as the CTE Director. Dr. Nelson believes deeply in the greatness of every student and is dedicated to creating programs that empower them to reach their full potential. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is guiding future educators through the Teacher Cadet program, in addition to overseeing all CTE programs at RHS.
