Chef Enrique Rembert
Chef Enrique Rembert brings over 22 years of professional kitchen experience, specializing in
senior living and large-scale food service operations. He has served as a corporate traveling
chef, training chefs and cooks throughout Michigan in culinary technique, kitchen management,
and service excellence. Born and raised in Detroit and Clinton Township, Michigan, Chef
Rembert discovered his passion for cooking at a young age while helping his mother in the
kitchen. Today, he proudly serves as the Culinary Instructor at Romulus High School, where he
shares his expertise and passion for the culinary arts with the next generation of chefs. A
Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor, Chef Rembert is dedicated to
food safety, professionalism, and inspiring students to achieve success in the culinary field.
